Love the Recipe ? Dont Forget to Follow For Daily Amazing Content

Who loves cauliflower wings? I really do but I have to admit I don’t make them too often as they take quite a bit of time….but every time I invest that time I think “Okay it was worth it!” 😋
I shared a different variation for cauli wings before but this simple buffalo style version comes out oh SO good and crispy! 😍
And this ranch dip is my new favorite as well!
So save the recipe and make them this weekend 🌱

𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐓𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬

1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1 tsp of paprika, onion and garlic powder

Sauce:
2 tbsp melted vegan butter
4 tbsp hot sauce

Vegan Garlic Ranch
1/2 block organic firm tofu
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
2 tbsp vegan mayo
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 small lemon
2 garlic cloves *
1 tsp dried dill and parsley
Salt to taste

Cut cauliflower into florets and wash throughly. Let them dry off on a kitchen towel.
Preheat oven to 425 F/ 220 C.
In the meantime prepare batter by stirring together flour, milk, water and spices. Let batter sit for 5–10 minutes. If the vegan butter you are using is not salted, add some salt to it as well.
Dip florets into the batter, make sure they are evenly covered, shake off access batter and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, carefully flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Prepare sauce by whisking together melted vegan butter and hot sauce.
Take cauliflower wings out of the oven and carefully (because they are hot!) dip them into the sauce and place them back onto the baking sheet. Increase temperature to 450 F (230 C) and bake the wings an additional 5-10 minutes on each side.
For the dip simply blend all ingredients until smooth and refrigerate.
*If you are not a fan of raw garlic, add 1 tsp of garlic powder or garlic paste instead.

I used miyokoscreamery butter and franksredhot sauce. My tofu of choice is traderjoes organic sprouted tofu.
