It’s been a hot minute (literally lol) since I posted a delicious stack of pancakes! Only 8 ingredients and sooo delicious! And I think quite possibly the best pancakes I have made in a long time. Perfect classic breakfast treat!
And if you’re feeling a little extra, top them with coconut whipped cream, chocolate and maple syrup 😉

𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬

2 cups of unsweetened plant milk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup oat flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup of dairy free chocolate chips
Pinch of salt

(Makes 2 servings)

Add plant milk, vinegar and maple syrup to a bowl and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Stir in baking powder, salt, oat and whole wheat flour and stir just until combined. Let batter sit for a few minutes. Fold in chocolate chips.
Heat up a non stick pan (low medium heat) and fry pancakes in batches for about 2-3 minutes each side. Flip when you see bubbles form on top on the uncooked side.
I always use a soup ladle to measure out the amount. Depending on your pan use a tiny amount of cooking spray or vegan butter for frying.
Serve with desired toppings and enjoy 😍
*I used half cashew and half soy milk.
Oat flour = ground up quick oats
