Beefless Chow Fun🤩!! Super flavorful with the charred noodles and it’s easy to put together. So many of you have mastered the homemade rice noodles – so so proud of you👍🏼💓! You are the superstar. Now, you can make this dish with a simple sauce and toss them in a high heat wok (or just use a non-stick skillet) for a delicious meal at home!⁣ 😋⁣

Cooking notes:⁣
– If you are in a time crunch, use store-bought flat rice noodles. To loosen the strands, place noodles in a microwaveable safe bowl and cover with a moist paper towel. Heat it for about 20secs (depending on how cold the noodles are) to soften.⁣
– I charred the noodles first before adding the sauce. Or you can use a similar method (from my Rad Na) and coat the noodles with sauce so each strand has an even color before charring it ⁣
– The soy chop is from Verisoy or you can use vegan beef slices⁣
– If you are using non-stick cookware, the cooking may take a little longer.⁣⁣⁣
