Vegan Pad Kee Mao (Drunken noodles)😋with homemade flat rice noodles is so yum and delicious.⁣
What is your favorite dish to order when you dine at a Thai restaurant? I love Pad Kee Mao and probably ate the most plates when I was in Chiangmai compared to my family😆 So, if you have some Thai basil, give this dish a try.👍🏼⁣

Cooking notes:⁣
– Store-bought fresh rice noodles come in flat sheet or precut, get the flat one so you can cut it into your desired width. ⁣
– The vegan ‘fish’ sauce I used is on my blog, similar to nước mắm chay and you can use my homemade vegan ‘oyster’ sauce (look for stir fry sauce on my blog) as well⁣
– Use your favorite leafy greens and protein – I used pan-fried tofu, yum yum😋⁣
